In
this manual we let you share the experience gained
during many years of practical situations when applying
the HSH range of products. All detailed information
can be found in the relevant Technical and Material
Safety Data sheets, an excerpt of the technical
information is written in the last chapter of this
booklet.
For
16 commonly used substrates we advise on how to
treat and apply the HSH primers, fillers and topcoats.

or INTERPLAN 100SP fine.
Allow
to dry depending on applied thickness.
Sand
the dried surface with sanding paper grade P180-P240
Clean
surface with damp cloth and water, airflow or Iso
Propyl Alcohol.
Allow
to dry for 10-15 minutes
Apply
one cross coat of INTERPLAN 1065B
1) viscosity 40-45 sec Din cup 4
2)
air pressure 3-4 bar = 45-60 psi
3)
nozzle orifice 1.8 mm
Allow
to dry overnight if possible or force dry at 60°C=140°F
for 20 minutes after a flash off time of 10-15 minutes.
After
10-20 minutes drying time at 20°C = 68°F
special effects like leather look or marble may
be applied.
An
optional coat of INTERPLAN 650B gives optimal protection
1) viscosity 30-35 sec Din cup 4
2)
air pressure 2-3 bar = 30-45 psi
3)
nozzle orifice 1.8 mm
REMARKS
-
Viscosity depends on humidity and temperature
-
Always dilute with clean water
-
Never use any soap during the process
