As an established aircraft, helicopter painting and refinishing company with extensive experience in aircraft repainting, interior repair and refurbishment, we offer the latest advanced livery techniques. We also can treat your aircraft with specialist low drag coatings and finishes.

It is also possible to paint leather and most flexible parts. Sets of old seat covers have been sent to our facility to be repainted with the INTERPLAN 1050 HF. This was either to change the colour or just to give them a new look and feel at a fraction of the cost of re covering

Here at our paint-finishing centre in Headcorn we are able to carry out minor repairs and refinish aircraft interior panels while the aircraft is on the ground having maintenance. From cockpit to galleys to cabin, even cargo holds, we can collect, paint wrap and return ready for sign off.

Being able to draw upon over thirty years experience in this specialist field and provide our services to a variety of aircraft – ranging from private single seat aircraft up to the business multiple seat aircraft – hi-flight also offer aircraft servicing consultancy, providing comprehensive advice on the most cost effective ways of refinishing your aircraft or component and with minimum of disruption. hi-flight follows strict quality procedures and ensures that any changes made to an aircraft or components comply with current regulations and aircraft log books are updated.
